SENIOR WELL DESIGN ENGINEER
(1 year renewable contract)
The position has the responsibility as activity executor for the installation
of all well completions and related activities, with the associated
manpower resources.
A university degree in Engineering or equivalent, with a minimum 10
years experience of which at least 5 years involved in completion design
and selection. Well Services exposure is required, in order to understand
the basis of designing “user friendly” completions. Experience
with Smart Well Technology would be advantageous.
IWCF certificate level-2 for combined Well Services operations would
be an advantage. Engineering & operational skills on all parts of
the Well Services portfolio of jobs. Mastery skills (trouble shoot)
on all parts of the Well Services portfolio of jobs. Working knowledge/skills
on reservoir engineering & Petroleum Technology mainly on formation
damage, inflow performance, Log interpretation, drainage mechanics,
clay/rock mechanics, multi phase flow correlation’s, hydraulics
etc.
English spoken and written is desired.
