CONSTRUCTION MANAGER,
Mechanical Eng.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGER, Civil/structural Eng.
Over 15 years experience in a variety of major international projects,
involving in-depth knowledge of managing piping, fabrication, erection
& commissioning activities.
PROJECT CONTROL MANAGERS
Over 15 years experience in a variety of major international projects,
involving in-depth knowledge of managing planning, progress monitoring,
cost control, material, warehousing & Sub Contractors. Successful
track record as Manager over a period of 5 years.
SENIOR PLANNING ENGINEERS
(Civil/Mechanical).
Over 10 years experience (4 years on site), & office experience
in a variety of a multi-discipline construction projects, involving
detailed knowledge of several Engineering Disciplines. Knowledge of
Project Control Systems and Terminology. Must have a commanding and
working knowledge of the various planning software packages (Primavera
P3, Primavera Enterprise etc).
MECHANICAL DESIGN ENGINEER
Over 10 years of experience in EPC projects with consulting engineering
background preparing calculations, equipment sizing and selection, checking
FEED adequacy, preparing equipment and material specifications and inquiries,
bid evaluation, contributing to plant layout and piping installation.
Proven knowledge of mechanical/thermal rating of sheel-tube Heat Exchangers
and Air Fan Coolers. Proven knowledge of TEMA standard, Pressure Vessels
Code ASME Section VIII div. 1 and 2, Design of Large Tanks (API 620
and 650). Required knowlege of software: STX, ACX, PVElite, E-Tank,
Caesar II, as minimun.
SENIOR SAFETY ENGINEERS
Over 15 years experience as safety/loss
prevention engineer of which 5 years in process design/detailed engineering
preferably with EPC Companies in onshore and offshore Oil & Gas
facilities and/or oil refineries. Experience should include: Fire protection,
fire fighting, health physics, hazardous materials, qualitative and
quantitative risk analysis, process safety, knowledge of loss prevention
engineering practices, fire &safety codes, standards and specifications
such as NFPA, OSHA, EPA, API and COMAH. QA Procedures and ISO 9001,
Environmental rules and regulations and ISO 14001 are essential. Knowledge
of specific software such as Safeti Micro for Consequence Analysis,
PHA-PRO-6 or similar for Hazop analysis, PIPENET or similar for Sprinkler/Spray
system design is desirable. Professional Membership of Safety Engineers
Association and Certification as CSP or CIH is an advantage.
Candidate will be able to perform functional and operational Hazard
Analyses using Fault Trees. Review/develop Safety Programs, SIL, SIS,
Risk Analysis and reduction and responsible for specifying plant safety
equipment, Fire Water System and other Fire Fighting Systems, F&G
Detection System, participate in HAZOP, conduct job safety audits and
assist Project Engineering in development and execution of projects
related to safety.
SAFETY ENGINEERS
Over 8 years experience as safety/loss prevention
engineer of which 3 years in process design/detailed, similar to above.
HSE Managers
Over 15 years of experience. To manage and co-ordinate activities of
team members involved in the implementation and monitoring of compliance
with the client’s requirements and the HSE programs and procedures.
Represent the project with the client on all HSE matters and be responsible
for motivating personnel and developing staff. The HSE Manager will
report to the Project Director on all HSE issues and matters. The HSE
Manager will be responsible for the training, security, medical, environmental
and safety personnel on the site, camp and pipeline.
Currently there are 3 vacancies: Mall Project (Dubai), Isomerization
Project (Oman), Sangaredi Alumina Refinery (Guinea, French speaking
required).
All the applicants must be experienced
in Construction or Consulting sides rather Owner side.
Fluent in English (writing, speaking
and reading), excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal
skills with the ability to negotiate effectively with third parties
will be apreciated.
