A major international Engineering, Procurement and Construction Contractor with a very full order book urgently requires a large number of high quality personnel to work on a permanent staff basis in its modern offices in UK.

BG Human Resources S.C. has been retained to assist in its worldwide recruitment campaign with the objective of recruiting between 100 and 200 engineers, specialists and managers by the end of 2006.

SUMMARY OF EPC CONTRACTOR'S TERMS, CONDITIONS AND BENEFITS

Salaries

Salaries are both internationally and national competitive. Salaries in the British oil, gas and process industries are amongst the highest in the world. Salaries are of course dependent on the position and the qualifications and experience of the employee but are generous and subject to review annually. Salaries are paid fortnightly every second Thursday.

Share Options

Company operates a generous Employee share purchase scheme.

Overtime

For eligible employees, approved overtime will be paid straight time; Senior Managers do not qualify for overtime.

Pension Plan

Stakeholder scheme. Employee may contribute up to the maximum contribution levels imposed by the UK Inland Revenue. Employer also contributes to the scheme.

Life Assurance

Non-Contributory Life Assurance is provided free of charge to Employees.

Benefit 3 x Salary for Life Insurance. 5 x Salary for Business Travel Accident Insurance (to a maximum payout of £500,000 for Business Travel Insurance).

Sick Pay Scheme

Up to 1 year's service - 1 month's full pay followed by 1 month half pay
1 - 5 years - 2 months' full pay followed by 4 months half pay
5+ years - 3 months' full pay followed by 3 months half pay

Professional Institution or Institute Fees

Membership fees of Employee's main professional institution or institute are reimbursed; additional specified institute membership fees are reimbursed at discretion of Department Manager.

Season Ticket Loans

Interest-fee loans for public transport season tickets are available to Employees immediately on joining Company.

Vacation

4 weeks immediately, increasing to 5 weeks by 1 day per year of service, i.e. 5 weeks is achieved in the calendar year following completion of 5 years of service. Vacation is additional to public holidays. Company may designate up to 3 days as nominated vacation days - normally during the Christmas period. At least 6 months notice will be given of any designated day.

Monday - Thursday 9.00 hours per day
Friday 4.00 hours per day
Variable start and finish times:

Arrival 6.30 - 8.30

Casual Dress Day
Casual dress may be worn every Friday at Employee's option.

Free car parking is provided subject to a limited number of spaces.

Company's offices are well served by train and bus services.

Health Screening

Well Man and Well Woman screening free to all employees in-house plus optional cervical smear and breast examination for female staff. Free 'flu' inoculations available annually. On site Doctor service twice a week.

Substance-Screening

Any offer of employment is subject to a clear substance-screening test.

Social Club

Long Service

Awards for long service made after 5 years' service and after each subsequent 5 years. After 25 years' service, employees qualify for membership of a special Club and are entitled to attend its annual dinner.

Smoking

The building is a non-smoking office. Facilities are available to smokers.
